Who we are

This website, www.2391prep.co.uk, is operated by Webrich Software. It supports the iOS and Android app 2391 Inspection & Testing Pro. You can reach us at support@webrichsoftware.com.

What we collect, and when

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, what kind of device they use, and how quickly pages load.

These tools run on every page, from the moment it loads. The notice at the bottom of the screen tells you this; it is a notice, not a consent gate, and dismissing it does not switch anything on or off. If you do not want to be measured, use your browser's tracking protection, an ad blocker, or your device's "do not track" setting — all of which will stop these scripts.

We also record a small number of events: when a store-download link is clicked, and when a practice quiz is started or finished together with the score percentage. We never record the questions you were shown or the answers you chose.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. Google acts as a data processor for this data; see Google's privacy policy. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites; see Vercel's privacy policy.

The contact form

When you send us a message, the form is processed by Web3Forms, which forwards it to us by email. We receive the name, email address and message you type, along with the subject category you choose.

We use that information only to reply to you and to act on what you told us — for example, to correct a question you reported. We do not add you to a mailing list. Correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for support and record-keeping. See Web3Forms' privacy policy.

Quiz result emails

At the end of a practice quiz you can optionally ask for your results by email. If you do, your email address and that quiz's results are sent to our support service at webrichsupport.vercel.app so the email can be produced and delivered.

This is entirely optional. If you do not enter an email address, nothing is transmitted — the quiz itself runs completely in your browser and your answers never leave your device.

Affiliate links

Our recommended kit page contains links to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. When you follow one of these links, Amazon may set cookies to attribute a purchase to us. We do not receive your name, address, payment details or what you bought — only aggregate commission reporting. What Amazon does with your data is governed by Amazon's privacy notice.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes the technical information needed to deliver a page — IP address, browser type and the page requested — and keeps short-term operational logs.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
• We do not run advertising on this site or build advertising profiles.
• We do not require an account, and there is nothing to sign up for.
• We do not record your quiz answers, or link quiz activity to you as an individual.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to receive a copy of it. In practice, the only personal data we are likely to hold is correspondence you sent us.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@webrichsoftware.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Our lawful basis for processing analytics data is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site. For contact form messages and quiz result emails, it is your consent, given by choosing to send them.

Children

This site supports a vocational qualification for working adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
